Hello everyone! I'm following the action via this blog and loving every minute of it! Thanks for all the up to minute action! I would like to take this time as a Div. 3 Chaplain to say a quick prayer for all of you. Maybe you could take it to the tent and read it for everyone.
So here goes.... Father God, I pray that this day be blessed for the Kalitta crew. May they all be filled with beautiful thoughts and memories of our fallen brother Scott. We all miss him dearly! Father, please protect Hillary as she steers the "missile" down the 1/4 mile while also giving everyone patience, consistency, and a clear mind to perform their jobs today and throughout the competion. May God Bless you all and keep you safe! In Jesus name I pray, Amen!

I see! What are the local weather conditions? Probably a tad or two different than Michigan, I'm betting.
It feels like about 85 F to me, but I haven't seen a thermometer. Definitely not in any way near the climate of Michigan! Ha!
It sounds nice to me. I can almost smell the nitromethane fumes from here. Since I cannot be there, this is the next best thing. Thank you!
